Teresa's background in Pilates is very obvious as she makes you aware of the moves and workout needed to achieve long, lean muscles. Since starting Pilates with Teresa, I have noticed a big improvement in my posture. I stand better, walk taller and what I have learnt in my sessions I carry with me into everyday life. Also my core is stronger and therefore my balance has improved.
Teresa is very approachable and friendly and her attention to getting the best out of you is to be praised. She uses visualization to help with the movements along with clear instruction and encouragement.
I leave my sessions feeling and knowing I have had a thorough workout and pleased with myself that because she recognises my abilities, she helps me challenge them and I manage to achieve so much in one lesson.
